Data export: metrics as CSV, PDF or email

In short: Pick a period and get the report as a CSV for Excel or as a one-page PDF with your logo. Five periods are available: all time, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months, last 12 months. On Enterprise the same report also goes out by email to the address on your account. CSV and PDF are part of Professional.

Three routes, the same numbers

The CSV uses semicolons as separators and a byte order mark so Excel in Germany picks up columns and umlauts without an import dialog.

Who the export is for

Accountants get a file instead of a screen. Controlling gets the weekday and hour split as a table and can join it with revenue. Multi-site operators get one report per menu that can be laid out side by side.

The PDF report is deliberately one page: metrics, views per month, per weekday and by time of day, with date and period in the header. If you need more, take the CSV.

Sent safely: to your account address only

The report always goes to the address the account runs on. Revenue and usage data cannot end up at a stranger's address — a typo in a recipient field is impossible. If you want to pass a report on, download it and forward it yourself.

Common questions about this feature

All time, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months and last 12 months. Numbers are recomputed for the chosen period, not cut out of a total.
Yes. The file uses semicolons as separators and a byte order mark, so Excel in Germany renders columns and umlauts correctly.
Always the address on the account. There is deliberately no recipient field.
The CSV is meant for that: one table per menu and period, easy to process in Excel or Sheets.
