In short: Every menu is its own entry with its own PDF, its own QR code, its own address and its own numbers. That pays off as soon as menus change at different speeds: the lunch menu rotates daily, the wine list twice a year. Kept apart means updated apart — and measured apart. How many menus you can create depends on the plan: three on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
Which menus are worth separating
| Menu | Why separate |
|---|---|
| Lunch menu | changes daily, often without drinks |
| Dinner menu | stable for longer, different prices |
| Drinks menu | rarely changed, often printed separately |
| Wine list | own structure, own language, own numbers |
| Seasonal menu | exists for a few months only |
| Second language | own PDF, own review of the mandatory details |
A single all-in-one PDF is easier to maintain — but it forces guests through pages they do not care about, and it makes analytics useless: when everything sits in one file, you only see a total.
Second language: own PDF, own code
An English menu is a second PDF you upload — with the same prices, the same allergens, reviewed by you. Both languages then say exactly what you are responsible for, and no machine invents wording or shifts an allergen.
Two approaches work well: a dedicated QR code for the English menu (the guest chooses at the table), or a note on the German menu pointing to the English one. More in multilingual menu.
How many menus each plan allows
| Plan | Menus | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | 3 | €29/month |
| Enterprise | unlimited | €49/month |
The limit counts menus you create, not views. Anyone who needs an extra terrace menu in summer creates it and deletes it in autumn.
