Germany's accessibility law for digital services
Since June 28, 2025, certain digital consumer services must be accessible – such as online ordering, reservations, or gift voucher sales. In Germany, microenterprises (fewer than 10 employees and no more than €2 million in annual turnover or balance sheet total) are exempt for services.
